Happiness is what all of us strive for and here are some simple ways to get happy.

1. Encourage others

Be kind to people first and foremost. Happiness spreads easily. Encourage everyone around you to smile and radiate the same positive vibes. The world would be a much better place if everyone smiled at each other.

2. Get a good night's sleep

Sleep is crucial for beauty. You'll wake up feeling rejuvenated and energised if you have a decent night's sleep. Try reading or drinking hot liquids if you're having problems falling asleep. A hot cup of chamomile tea could help sleep better and wake up happy.

3. Count your blessings

Too frequently, we get caught up in our daily routines and forget to express gratitude. After all, the simple things in life are what matter most. Start valuing your life a little more.
