PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping is generally within 48 hours from when the order is placed. Please note that our warehouse team do not ship orders over the weekend or on Australian public holidays. Dispatch of your order may be delayed during sale or promotional periods

Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For U.S. Customers - We will be covering all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf. 
If anything changes down the track, we’ll be sure to give you a heads-up.
*Note this does not include any applicable state taxes

or orders shipped to Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, delivery duties will be collected at checkout. This ensures a seamless delivery process without additional customs fees upon arrival.

For other international orders, taxes and duties may apply, as determined by your local customs authorities. We are unable to modify the value of your order on the commercial invoice, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please familiarize yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering. If you refuse these charges, your order will be returned to us and refunded, minus an $80 AUD return shipping fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinu.co with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately.

We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.

If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact support@hinu.co once your order has been placed.

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@hinu.co with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

INCORRECT INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at support@hinu.co and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
