This means:

• Any applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price and paid by us in advance
• There are no surprise charges on delivery
• Your order will not be held by customs awaiting payment.

Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom

Delivery duties & taxes will be collected at checkout. This ensures a seamless delivery process without additional customs fees upon arrival.

HINU ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) model.

If you refuse these charges, your order will be returned to us and refunded, minus an return shipping fee.

We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

• Applies only to purchases made directly from Hinu.co (proof of purchase required)

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• To qualify, the product must be no more than 25% used.

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received by us.

• Shipping fees (original or return) are not refundable.

• For to hygiene reasons, personal care items such as brushes, combs, and scalp massagers cannot be returned unless they are unused, and in their original, unopened packaging.
