All other products - 30-day returns

For everything else, if you're not completely happy you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

• Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
• Applies only to purchases made directly from Hinu.co
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Refunds are processed once the item is received by us.
• Shipping fees (original or return) are not refundable.
• For hygiene reasons, personal care items such as brushes, combs and scalp massagers can only be returned if unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

HINU ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. 

This means:

• Any applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price and paid by us in advance
• There are no surprise charges on delivery
• Your order will not be held by customs awaiting payment.

Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom

Delivery duties & taxes will be collected at checkout. This ensures a seamless delivery process without additional customs fees upon arrival.

This means:

• There are no surprise charges on delivery
• Your order will not be held by customs awaiting payment

Rest of World

HINU ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) model.
