SHIPPING

We ship to Australia, the US, and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinu.co with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes. Please see our FAQ page for more details on discounts and promotions.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at hello@hinu.co with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

HOW TO USE

HYDRATING MIST
WEEKLY: To restore balance, apply to hair as a rinse after washing with shampoo and conditioner, leave for a few moments before washing out.
DAILY: Apply to hair and face after showering, sun exposure and salt water.
TIP: Store in the fridge for a refreshing application.

I’ve been using these products for less than 1 week and already notice my hair is thicker and my curls are more defined. I can’t wait to see how my hair’s health progresses as I continue to use these incredible products. This amazing duo has single handedly made my hair feel so much stronger and softer, especially living in a dry climate at high altitude. Even the wind doesn’t get my hair as tangled as it used to! The oil smells divine and I have really noticed a difference, even after just the first use :)

I cannot believe how amazing this has worked on my hair, i have been dreaming of bringing back my natural volume, curls & health for YEARS. Best duo!

The Hinu hair oil saved my thinning hair! I was losing a lot of hair when starting a new very stressful job and was so lost when trying to find something to help. I spent so much time and money on a lot of different products, the hinu hair oil was the only one where I saw a noticeable difference in my hair health. My hair is finally getting thicker again and my scalp does not feel irritated. The hair spray is also really nice on the middle and ends of my hair after showering 10/10.
