WEEKLY: To restore balance, apply to hair as a rinse after washing with shampoo and conditioner, leave for a few moments before washing out.
DAILY: Apply to hair and face after showering, sun exposure and salt water.

I actually use this more as a face mist rather than my hair. My skin feels refreshed and brighter after each use. (I Spray my face in the morning) One time, I had puffyness and redness on my face due to a reaction from something and surprisingly this spray made it go away after 2 days.

The hydrating mist feels and smells so good I use it on my face and hair daily. It calms my frizz instantly. I would honestly bath in it if could, but I have to limit myself so it lasts.
