DAILY (Rituals)
i. Come back into your body - breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4.
ii. Morning and night, add a few drops of oils to your ends.
iii. Remind yourself of 3 things you are grateful for.
iv. Release tension from the body: laugh, meditate, dance.
v. Drink lots of water, refresh with the Hydrating Mist.
vi. Take a walk barefoot in nature and help regulate the nervous system through earthing.

Thank you for this very easy very earthing piece, this is part of what I will be trying this year as giving back to myself, listening to the small child within who has longed for love ..Starting with this and listening to my body but more importantly my soul. And at 61 yrs I have finally made myself my priority.
