SHIPPING

We ship to Australia, the US, and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinu.co with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes. Please see our FAQ page for more details on discounts and promotions.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at hello@hinu.co with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

HOW TO USE

HYDRATING MIST
WEEKLY: To restore balance, apply to hair as a rinse after washing with shampoo and conditioner, leave for a few moments before washing out.
DAILY: Apply to hair and face after showering, sun exposure and salt water.

Listen up if you want to hear the real deal about Hinu. I was VERY skeptical. I tracked Hinu on IG for months and researched their ingredients to the extreme. After all of this, I finally decided to by the duo on a special I was sent via email. I couldn’t be happier. My ends are strong, my hair is growing stronger and longer, and my hair smells amazing everyday. My hair was weak and short post divorce and I thought I’d never have long pretty hair again. Hinu has changed my hair health and I couldn’t be more grateful. I have become a lifelong fan and supporter and will be ordering more as soon as my bottle runs low. I am on the right of this photo—day 2 hair with a little oil on the end for styling!! **And for the record, the oil lasts a long time!!**

Healthier and Softer Hair

I originally brought these products to create healthier hair and improve the texture. I’m in my late 30’s and recently noticed my hair feeling corse. I have been using the Duo set by Hinu for servers weeks and I am already seeing some changes.

Softness is returning to my hair overall and I also feel like it’s stronger with less fallout. Also every time I leave in the hair oil in my hair for the day, people rave about how nice I smell.

I still have a way to go to get to my hair goals but so far I’m enjoying the results so far!

I've never been one to oil my hair before but I have been using the hair oil almost daily and am loving the results. I have curly, frizzy hair and am in the ocean most days so I mostly have my hair clipped up. Since using the oil I have been loving wearing my hair down, the oil seems to take the frizz away and define the curls. So I will keep using! Thank you

I cannot believe how amazing this has worked on my hair, i have been dreaming of bringing back my natural volume, curls & health for YEARS.
