SHIPPING

We ship to Australia, the US, and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact hello@hinu.co with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes. Please see our FAQ page for more details on discounts and promotions.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. HOW TO USE

WEEKLY: For an overnight treatment or at least an hour before washing, apply 2-3 droppers of oil into hands, massaging directly into scalp then running remaining oil through mids and ends.
DAILY: Add a few drops on ends morning and night or as needed.

Deliciously nourishing and fragrant

I fell in love with this oil the second I opened the bottle and smelled it. Its easy, light texture is perfect for the hair to soak it all in! I've used quite an array of hair oils ever since I started oilling, which is around 2-3 years now. No other oil but HINU has that texture that is easy to absorb while still coating the strands in nourishing protection. I use it once a week before hair wash day (I let it soak in for either a couple hours to half a day) and every night before bed a few drops for the ends of the hair before I braid for bed. I've seen improvements in texture overall, as well as more speedy growth and increased hair density in spots I've always had a little too less for my liking (and always have wanted a more "filled" look there - with this oil I genuinely feel like I can achieve that now). Genuinely, thank you for creating this ❤️

It's amazing

My curls feel revitalised !!
I tried this oil out on a holiday with my friend and after a couple of days using Hinu I immediately had to buy my own I don't know what you put in this but my scalp has never felt more nurtured, and with a small amount I brush through to the ends and my curls just soak it up 😍

Hinu makes me Happy

This smell, these results, the way this product makes me feel truely is ‘smitten’. From someone who’s had healthy and long hair all my life > to then cut it off and bleach it (yikes) recovering has been a process. It had any been until I start using Hinu that I am feeling like myself again I’m getting that health and life back into my hair. The smell is beautiful and calming and I have gotten so many compliments on it. Best hair oil ever!

I’d been wanting to try the hair growth oil for a while and it does not disappoint! I have seen a noticeable improvement in the health of my hair and my daily oiling routine has become a beautiful part of my self-care. The oil smells divine and absorbs into my hair better than any other oil without leaving me greasy. Will never use a any hair oil besides this :)
