SHIPPING
We ship to Australia, the US, and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinu.co with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes. Please see our FAQ page for more details on discounts and promotions.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact hello@hinu.co once your order has been placed. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at hello@hinu.co with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

HOW TO USE
HYDRATING MIST
WEEKLY: To restore balance, apply to hair as a rinse after washing with shampoo and conditioner, leave for a few moments before washing out.
DAILY: Apply to hair and face after showering, sun exposure and salt water.
TIP: Store in the fridge for a refreshing application.

In just over a month of use I can see such a shift in my hairs health. It is noticeably thicker and more hydrated. I have struggled with dry brittle hair for so long and tried so many oils and treatments using HINU I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. Really nourishing hair products that I will definitely continue purchasing.

The oil feels like it works instantly on the ends of my hair. The mist smells so nice and is lovely to spray on face or as a freshen up on hair.
I bought this oil by impulse and omg! I am so thankful I did. When I say I have tried almost everything for my hair I mean it - and nothing has come even close to what Hinu has done for my hair! I have very fine, wavy and curly hair but I rarely have it natural because it normaly looks frizzy at my ends but oily at the roots after a day or two. This oil has been an absolute game changer! My hair no longer looks dry or frizzy, my hair feels nourished, my curls are defined and it feels thicker. Plus I don't have to wash as often! Finally a product that gives my hair life!
