We ship to Australia, the US, and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact hello@hinu.co with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes. Please see our FAQ page for more details on discounts and promotions.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. HOW TO USE
I. Start at your temples and work your way across the scalp for a soothing experience. Part your hair in the middle and use this along the scalp in a downward motion.
II. Flip your head down and then run the comb from the nape of your neck to your forehead.
III. Lastly, lightly tap the comb on your scalp to release tension. Repeat each action 5-10 times. Pair this tool with the Hair Growth Oil for best results. Suitable for all hair types.

this product has helped me so much. i’ve had lots of damage done to my guri’s in the past, i chopped it all off about three years ago, started using hindu and my hair is down to my lower back (when flat ironed) with trims and i adore this oil so very much. it smells and feels amazing on the scalp, it’s good for your cuticles which is a huge plus for me:)
